For Ashley, leadership is about looking out for others! From a young age, she knew that she was on a path to help people and share their stories. She was a highly curious child who would rarely settle for less than a solid understanding of why and how things worked the way they did and was fortunate enough to be nurtured by an entrepreneurial family and a talented mother who encouraged her to never stop asking “why.”  As the oldest sibling of a large blended family, Ashley’s desire to help others was fostered from a young age. When leading organizations, building teams or helping brands to tell their stories, Ashley helps people to get on a path towards success in business and in life by helping them to rekindle their curiosity.

About Ashley Russo

Ashley Russo, Leadership Expert and founder and president of ASR Media transforms people into leaders in business and life, helping them get curious, find a path and take immediate action. A prolific Leader and multi-passionate serial entrepreneur, she leads more than 100 people on a daily basis across multiple organizations. A twenty-year media veteran, Ashley is a five-time Emmy® award-winning executive producer and host of two local TV shows and former producer for NBC’s TODAY Show. With her broad range of experience, Ashley became a writer, independent producer, and media consultant for numerous national publications and experts, including Cooks Illustrated, Prevention magazine, Women’s Day, and Weider Publications. As the owner of ASR Media for more than a decade, she specializes in curating and fostering a safe culture for all employees, with a focus on the overall success of each person, which ultimately creates a more productive, well-rounded workforce and mentally healthy team. Ashley broadened her company culture experience when she added the title of COO of Magnaplate, the world’s leading manufacturer of engineered coating solutions, where she improved efficiency and communication in marketing, finance, and production, while overseeing a 75-person team. She also presents as a keynote speaker and emcee regularly, and has received multiple leadership awards, with the latest honors including the LifePath and PICPA Community Service Person of the Year award as well as the Betsy Torrence Philanthropist of the Year from Women United. Ashley serves on many boards including the United Way of Greater Lehigh Valley as the co-chair of the 2022 campaign, Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, Children’s Home of Easton, and more. She’s also a committee member of the Wildlands Conservancy, American Heart Association’s Circle of Red, Women United, among others. In her free time, Ashley hosts the local podcast, Unscripted with Russo, and spends time with her husband and two grown children in Bethlehem, PA where they live. She’s also a multi-titled, world and national American Saddlebred equestrian.
